Coulson Siblings Win
Matching, Back-To-Back, Trail Titles at APHA World Show
Although the brother sister pair
of Brennan and Makenna Coulson are seasoned show
competitors, both began leadline at age three, nothing
could have prepared the family for the 2010 APHA Summer
World Show when the Coulson siblings won back-to-back,
matching World Champion titles.
Brennan Coulson, age 11, was first
up winning the Novice Youth 18 and Under Trail with his
14-year-old gelding, A Sudden Impulse or “Sud-Z.”

Mike Hachtel, Now A
Four-Time Winner of The Equine Chronicle Color
Classic Two Year-Old Western Pleasure
It was four times a charm for
Mike Hachtel this evening as he was named the winner
in the Equine Chronicle Two Year-Old Color Classic
aboard A Scenic Cheerleader.
This is the fourth time that
Hachtel has won The Equine Chronicle Color Classic,
and the third time he has won the class on A Scenic
Impulse bred two year-old.

We welcome our new
trainer, Michael Davis, from Seattle WA. He comes from a
successful background in western pleasure show horses. We look
forward to much success in the show ring in the 2010 show
season. Congratulations to Kate Peterson on your purchase of
White Silk Stockings! Thank you to the Peebles family for
letting us purchase "Sudsy", A Subtle Impulse.
